Financial advice: poverty, cost of living, budgeting, debt, benefit support, as well as drop-in solicitors.

Employability advice and support: confidence building, CV writing, interview skills, how to apply for jobs etc – Jo….?

Activities to promote physical as well as mental health and wellbeing

  • Teenagers: diversionary projects promoting resilience, personal development, tackling offending and behavioural issues, DJing, mixing, singing and rapping
  • Sports and physical activities. We created Evolve FC as there are no local clubs and deliver a wide range of other physical activities including boxing from our gym, fitness, circuit training and table tennis
  • Snooker, pool and darts
  • Yoga and pilates
  • Dance and Zumba
  • Chair-based exercises for those who are less mobile
  • Low impact activities indoor curling and bowls
  • Crafts including sewing, crochet and knitting
  • Mentoring, outdoor and adventure opportunities which young people would not benefit from without us as many have never left Nottingham. These include Duke of Edinburgh Awards and are supported through our strong relationship with the Youth Hostels Association
