A Hub Where Everyone Belongs

Our Hub is open 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday – and you’ll always find someone ready to have a chat and explore what we can offer you. This is more than a service; it’s a social space where everyone is genuinely welcome.

Every week brings new opportunities to connect, stay active, and try something different. Our sessions are designed around what our community tells us they want and need.

Our employment team, funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, works city-wide to ensure everyone can access tailored support where and when it suits them.

Who We Support

We work with ‘economically inactive’ residents aged 16-65 across all Nottingham City postcodes. This includes people on benefits who aren’t currently required to look for work, as well as anyone who feels employment is out of reach or isn’t even on their radar yet.

Our Approach

Accredited Learning Build confidence and motivation through our courses in English, Maths, ESOL, and Digital Skills – delivered at our NG8 Hub, NG7, and city centre locations.

One-to-One Coaching Our experienced community work coaches provide:

  • Tailored employability skills development
  • Career guidance and planning
  • CV and application support
  • Targeted job searching strategies
  • Ongoing support that continues into employment

Holistic Development We capture your whole journey – not just the employment outcome. This means addressing barriers, building on strengths, and ensuring any work you find is sustainable and right for you.

Flexible & Accessible

Whilst our community hub is based in NG8, we have residents accessing support from across the city. Our work coaches operate from convenient outreach sites city-wide, so geography never becomes a barrier to getting the support you need.

Getting Started

Just drop in during our opening hours (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) for an informal chat about what might work for you.

No pressure, no rush, no time limits – we know that trust takes time and everyone’s journey is different.

Community-led – if there’s something you’d like to see that we don’t currently offer, let’s talk about making it happen.

Drop us an email: at evolvenottingham@outlook.com or call Karen 07851 292071.
